High-grade virgin polyester chips, polypropylene filament, and viscose fibers undergo inspection. Raw materials are checked for polymer density, melt flow index (MFI), and moisture limits to ensure long-term UV resistance and mechanical strength.
Polyester chips are dried and fed into high-precision screw extruders, operating at heat levels tailored to each polymer. Polypropylene filaments are integrated under regulated pressure to produce a consistent melt structure.
The molten polymer is extruded through high-density spinnerets, forming fine continuous filaments. These are deposited onto a moving conveyor belt to create a uniform, multi-directional web structure, laying the foundation for consistent tensile properties.
The unbonded fiber web passes through needle looms, where thousands of structured needles mechanically entangle the fibers. This needle-punching process yields a porous, high-strength fabric with excellent filtration and cushioning capacity.
For projects requiring high puncture resistance, the fabric undergoes thermal calendering, applying controlled heat and pressure to the surface. It is then measured, slit, and wound onto heavy-duty cores based on custom dimensions.
Every production run is tested in our laboratory. We evaluate tensile strength (EN ISO 10319), CBR puncture resistance (EN ISO 12236), water permeability (EN ISO 11058), and roll dimensions before sealing and labeling.
