Discover our engineered systems manufactured to exceed international testing standards.
Located at the north end of Fufeng Street, Lingcheng District, Dezhou, Shandong Province, Shandong Hongyue Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. is a scientific and technological geotechnical material manufacturer integrating engineering material production, sales, design, and construction services. The company was registered in the Lingcheng District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Dezhou City on April 6, 2023, with a registered capital of 105 million yuan. We stand as one of the largest production bases of geotechnical materials in China today, benefiting from a superior geographical location and convenient logistical access.
Since our establishment, we have achieved rapid growth. Our specialized product catalog extends beyond traditional nonwoven geotextiles to include geomembranes, composite geomembranes, waterproof boards, bentonite waterproof blankets (GCL), 3D composite drainage nets, (composite) drainage boards, weaving cloths, woven geotextiles, concrete containment membrane bags, blind ditches, ecological bags, cement blankets (GCCM), fiber plant blankets, and flexible pervious pipes.
In modern civil and environmental engineering, nonwoven geotextiles are critical in maintaining the structural integrity of earthworks, drainage pathways, and waste containment facilities. Geotextiles manufactured to "Bidim" parameters (which classically denote continuous filament needle-punched nonwoven structures of high mechanical resilience) dominate international specification sheets. They serve as a gold standard in critical applications such as sub-base separation, hydraulic filtration, slope protection, and subgrade stabilization.
Rapid urbanization in the Asia-Pacific region, coupled with extensive transport network upgrades in Europe and North America, is driving the demand for high-strength filament geotextiles. These systems reduce construction footprints while improving the lifespans of arterial transport corridors.
Geotextiles prevent the intermixing of distinct soil layers, preserving subgrade compaction values under dynamic wheel loading. High-performance needle-punched structures are crucial for modern high-speed rail lines, airport runway foundations, and heavy-haul highway pavements.
By replacing traditional graded aggregate filters with thin, high-performance geosynthetic layers, engineers can drastically reduce the carbon footprint of transport projects. This minimizes the excavation, transport, and placement of massive mineral components.
Our manufacturing facility utilizes computerized melt-extrusion, carding, and cross-lapping machinery to ensure uniform thickness and consistent mechanical performance. The production steps are meticulously monitored at our factory:
The primary inputs are premium-grade polyester (PET) chips, polypropylene (PP) filaments, and reinforcing viscose fibers. Each batch is inspected, analyzed, and characterized for molecular weight and purity to guarantee chemical and physical durability.
Polyester and polypropylene resins are processed through high-temperature screw extruders. The molten polymer is forced through spinneret plates to form thousands of continuous, fine filaments. These are then drawn to align the polymer chains, maximizing tensile strength.
The drawn filaments are layed on a continuous moving belt to construct a loose web structure. The orientation, density, and thickness are dynamically adjusted using automated scanning systems. This process ensures isotropic properties across both machine and cross-machine directions.
Thousands of barbed needles vertically punch the web, interlocking the loose filaments into a dense, high-strength cohesive mat. The mechanical bonding is subsequently thermally cured, enhancing the dimensional stability and load-bearing properties.
Finished geotextile sheets are rolled onto reinforced cardboard cores. Length, width, and thickness are measured using laser sensors to verify compliance with construction designs.
Samples are extracted from each production lot and tested in our laboratory. Properties tested include grab tensile strength, static puncture resistance (CBR), hydraulic permittivity, and apparent opening size (AOS).

Our products are widely used in key projects in various provinces and cities across the globe. Thanks to our advanced anti-seepage materials, specialized construction teams, and integrated engineering after-sales support, we offer engineered solutions for challenging sites:
In reservoir design and construction, geosynthetics serve as the primary containment layer. Because reservoirs are typically built in valleys or low-lying areas with complex geological profiles, containing stored water requires robust anti-seepage materials. Standard nonwoven geotextiles act as cushion layers, protecting geomembranes from mechanical puncture by rocky subgrades, thereby improving the safety and lifetime of the structure.
Levees and dikes protect downstream habitats and infrastructure from flood risks. However, internal erosion (often called piping) caused by fluctuating hydraulic gradients can weaken these structures. By integrating a needle-punched nonwoven geotextile, engineers can allow water to drain freely while retaining soil particles. This stabilizes the embankment without structural failure.
River channels and canals regulate water flow and agricultural runoff. Erosion of the banks can lead to structural damage and siltation of downstream areas. Using composite drainage systems and nonwoven geotextile underlays helps stabilize bank soils, allowing vegetation to establish and protecting slopes from high shear stresses during peak flows.

Shandong Hongyue Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. maintains a complete, scientific management system. We have won multiple honors, including "Green and Environmentally Friendly Building Materials Products," "No Consumer Complaints," "Famous Chinese Brands," "High-Tech Industries," and "Quality Service Double Excellent Units."
Our products meet or exceed international testing specifications and have successfully passed the testing procedures of the China National Testing Center, alongside regular national quality inspections. Our engineering teams bring over a decade of combined field experience, supporting clients across Europe, the Americas, Australia, and Asia.

As structural projects face increasingly demanding environmental stresses due to global climate change, the geosynthetics industry is adapting. Shandong Hongyue is addressing these challenges through our technology roadmap:
We are researching and testing high-strength recycled PET formulations that match the durability profiles of virgin polymers. This helps support the sustainability goals of international infrastructure partners.
By pairing geotextile systems with fiber-optic sensing cables and conductive filaments, our systems can detect strain or structural shifts in real time. This offers smart preventative warnings for key containment projects.
In landfill containment and coastal stabilization projects, geotextiles are exposed to UV light and high bacterial environments. Our focus includes specialty stabilizers that help preserve the polymer structure for over 100 years.
